Brief Sketch:
“Mome” Eid was a Theopolis College Soccer star, leading the team to two national titles in 1963 and 1965. When he returned to his home-country of Zmbera, he intended to complete his medical studies, but an assassination killed his dear father in 1967, and, as the oldest son, Momed Eid took on the responsibility of leading his small and wealthy nation. He has successfully served as leader of Zmbera for almost 50 years. He resides in Zmbera with his wife, Cathy (also a Theopolis College Alumn, class of ‘65). He is father to nine children (three boys and six girls), and grandfather to 17.
